Fullscript FAQs

  • What is Fullscript?

Fullscript is a website that allows Dr. Engel to recommend supplements to patients in a new way. After a recommendation is made, you will receive an email that will allow you to create a Login and order all recommended products through the Fullscript website.


  • Why are you switching to Fullscript?

We would like to give you more control over how often you are purchasing supplements. For those who have a regular supplement order, you will now be able to create a reoccurring order.


  • Can I still order supplements from Active Life?

We will still have our regular products in stock at the office if you come in for an appointment. However, products that are not currently in stock at Active Life will have to be ordered thru Fullscript unless Fullscript does not carry those items. Once they become available on Fullscript we will send a recommendation for easier order placement for each patient.


  • Will prices be the same?

Yes. Our prices will reflect the prices on the Fullscript website. Each year prices of supplements change and we do our best to keep up with the current price all still while giving you the best deal.


  • How do I sign up for Fullscript?

Active Life will send an email through Fullscript to invite each patient to sign-up. You will receive a welcome email that states: “Active Life Chiropractic and Wellness Center has invited you to join Fullscript”. Click the button in the email that says “Accept Invitation”. It will bring you to our landing page. To finish your account, add a password and activate account. It will have you re-enter your email and password which will log you into your personal account.

Also, if you go to the “Order Supplements” tab and click on the Fullscript button, this will allow you to create an account with them. Follow the prompt of adding in your email address and create a password.


  • How do I place an order?

To refill or place an order:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Add products to your cart from prescriptions/recommendations or the Catalog (if available in your account).
  • Select and then Continue to checkout.
  • Enter your shipping address, then Continue to delivery method.
  • Select a delivery method, then Continue to payment method. 
  • Add a new card or select a saved payment method. Apple pay and other digital wallet options are supported.
  • Enter your billing address, then select Review order & checkout.
  • When finished, click Place order.

Your payment method will be charged immediately and an email confirmation will be sent to your email address if your order was successful. Check your spam folders if you don't see it in your inbox.


  • How can I put my supplements on autoship?

After you place your order, there is an option to put your items on autoship. If you have placed your order and wish to put some but not all supplements on autoship. Click the top left menu button (3 lines). Drop down menu will open and click the autoship. From here all supplements that you have ordered will be listed. You can add or take off whichever supplements you need. 


  • Can I stop autoship if I no longer want the supplement shipped this way?

Yes, you can stop the autoship feature by going into your account and unclicking the autoship option. 


  • I am a patient. Can I order a different size of a product I’ve been recommended?

Yes, you can! Select a product from your treatment plan to view the product's display page and available sizes. Select an alternate size then click Add to cart. However, if you only need a supplement for a small amount of time, you may not need the larger size. You aren't limited to ordering the number of units in your treatment plan. However, you should be mindful of ordering enough to avoid running out and disrupting any progress to your wellness plan.


  • Can I order a different supplement than what is recommended?

No. For the safety of each patient, Dr. Engel will recommend a supplement. We do not want you to take something that might be harmful to your health.  If there is a supplement that you think may be beneficial to you, please email us at [email protected] and Dr. Engel can review that item before she would recommend it for you. 


  • A product is on backorder. When will it be available?

Products that are temporarily out of stock (backordered) are usually replenished within 10-14 business days.  We recommend reaching out to us via email about possible alternatives.


  • Has my order been placed successfully?

You can check your email inbox for an order confirmation email, or log in to your account and look for your recent order in Order history. If there's no trace of a current order number, you'll want to try placing your order again.

Poor internet connection, intermittent server issues, payment declines, and other interruptions may prevent an order from processing. 


·       Will I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

Yes! When your order is placed successfully, we'll send a confirmation to the email address you use to log in. Tracking information will be sent later as your products leave the warehouse. 

We recommend checking your junk or spam folders if you don't see a confirmation email within a few moments of placing your order.


·       Will my order ship out the same day I place it? 

 Orders placed before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will ship out the same business day. If an order is placed during the weekend or holidays, it will be processed the following business day.


  • How much is shipping within the United States?

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping or priority shipping at $4.95.

 Orders must be over $50 before additional shipping fees and taxes to qualify for free shipping. 


  • I am being charged a shipping fee – isn’t shipping free?

Free shipping is available for orders meeting the minimum cart subtotal requirement which varies by order type and region. The cart subtotal is calculated as the list price (retail or wholesale price) less applicable discounts, and excludes shipping fees and taxes (if applicable).

  • My order hasn’t arrived. When can I expect it?

Couriers in the US and Canada have reported shipping delays due to increased shipping volumes.

Refer to your tracking information, available in shipment notification emails and Order history in your account, to see your expected delivery date.

Please allow 24 hours for movement and tracking details to display on UPS, USPS, and Canada Post web pages. 


  • I’m missing product(s) from my order. Where are they?

The product(s) may be shipping from an alternate warehouse or temporarily out of stock. You will receive a new shipping notification and tracking number as your products are shipped.

We recommend reviewing your shipment notification email for Pending Shipments that will ship later. 


  • My order shipped with an icepack that arrived melted. Are my products safe?

Products may be heat-sensitive, but they are not heat-intolerant.

Heat sensitive products are manufactured to withstand travel; it is expected that the cold pack, which our warehouse packs with the product, will only stay cold for about the first day in transit – depending on the temperatures that it’s exposed to.

The pack usually stays cooler than outside conditions and continues to help keep your probiotic product cooler even after it melts.
